This is an attempt to get better at drawing and pay homage to a great athlete…no matter what NBC says. No matter if he didn’t win a medal, he’s an inspiration. This moment was heartbreaking. But the raw real emotions were beautiful and I wanted to capture that….. On another note…what enraged me was how NBC just stopped covering him after he made a mistake.  I erased the text but it said “Dear John, You’re an Olympian no matter what….also NBC sucks!”
